1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using PixelLayout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

PixelLayout provides a website builder platform that allows businesses to create, customise, and publish their own websites. Features include template selection, content management, e-commerce, bookings, and more. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the content you publish on your website is lawful and accurate
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PixelLayout to:

  • Publish illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any platform systems
  • Interfere with the platform's availability or performance
  • Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to PixelLayout requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using PixelLayout. By using the platform, you grant PixelLayout a limited licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

PixelLayout, its templates, tools, design elements, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of PixelLayout and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelLayout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your portal settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
