Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

PixelLayout subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged due to a billing error on our part
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have not published a live website
  • The platform was unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@pixellayout.com within the eligible window. Include your account email and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional delays.
